401 (k) Benefit Plan

Eligibility - The Spear Group, Inc. and its affiliated companies provide each of its employees the benefit of participating in our 401(k) Plan, managed by DWS Scudder. To be eligible to participate, you must be at least 21 years of age and complete ninety days of employment. Once you have completed the eligibility requirements, you will be able to enter the plan the 1st day of the following month or anytime thereafter. A 401(k) enrollment package will be sent to you upon your request.

Our Plan allows for former participating employees to rejoin the Plan immediately upon re-hire. If you qualify and wish to participate, please request an enrollment package. To View Information about our 401(K) Plan, please Click here.

Vacation and Holidays
As designated by The Spear Group's Paid Leave Policy and our Client Contracts, the contracted employees may receive paid leave to use at their own discretion.
