- We use our own personal knowledge of qualified candidates who have either worked for Spear or are recommended to us.
- We have a database of more that 8,000, screened candidates.
- Once identified, the candidate is reviewed by one of our Principals – who are engineers or have managed engineering and project controls functions for major corporations.
